Listed is an F20C S2000 engine block, that has been sleeved using Darton dry sleeves. ---READ FULL DESCRIPTION.--- ****This block was decked past the service limit!! The machine shop cut it too far, so the original OEM 0.030" headgasket is too thin. The service limit is 0.008". It was decked 0.024". This means it requires a 0.054" headgasket with an UNCUT head. If your head is decked, add that amount. Do the math, it isn't too hard. The shop refused to acknowledge this, and I was not given any receipts consequently, so please do not ask for receipts.**** * this block is NOT WARRANTIED or guaranteed in any way. -This block cost me $800 in labor alone for the sleeve job, plus $300 for the cost of the sleeves, only to wind up with it decked too far. -I simply didn't want to use a thick headgasket without FBM head studs, (out of production at the time, now actually back on the market) and ended up parting my internals out of this. -Specs are as follows; -- 0 miles since any machine work was done. Internals were assembled once, but it was never put in the car. -- 87mm standard bore, (using CP Pistons) -- decked 0.024", service limit is 0.008" -- Block number (pictured) is after the '02 banjo bolt fix/ update. -- includes all main bolts (should be replaced), surrounding girdle to block bolts, a and timing. Cover bolts. -- This block is complete with the lower girdle, and timing cover, which is decked at matching low height. (Using an uncut timing cover would almost 100% guarantee a leaking headgasket) -- includes a full complete set of ACL race bearings, main, rods, and thrust washers. - all standard sized. (Only have small scratches from assembly, essentially included free) -PHOTO NOTE; anything that looks yellowish, greasy, possibly almost like rust, is actually LPS-3 rust inhibitor spray, used on the block to store it. -SHIPPING NOTE; due to fedex's weight limits, this block will likely be shipped as two separate packages, one with the block, and one with the girdle and timing cover.
