This is a very nice Lund boat seat. No tears or cuts. Wooden bottom. Seat backs are solid. There are a couple of discolored spots on the front bottom of the seat back that are not very noticeable at all (photo five). There is a seat strap attached and is in good shape. Overall excellent shape. I have an identical seat if you need two. See my other listings
