Leather is in great condition. Comes with removable liner.  I have removed a pin from the right hand collar lapel, so there is a small pinhole there. 

Size is not marked. But believe from the measurements it is a 5XL.

Measures: 

From top of shoulder to hemline approximately 28"

Sleeve measures approximately 25" from shoulder seam to cuff. 

Shoulder measurement is approximately 24" from seam to seam. 

Chest measures approximately 31" from seam to seam under armpit when jacket is relaxed and zipped up - size 62.
