Most orders will ship out with Fedex. We also use UPS and USPS to ship. A tracking # will be emailed to you after your order ships.

Wear items such as filters, brake pads, wipers, light bulbs, carry a 90 day warranty.

aiAutoparts will cover the cost of shipping the new part to you, return shipping will be your responsibility including any shipping charges.

aiAutoparts will gladly accept a new return that meets the following criteria.

• We receive the part back to us within 30 days of purchase.
• It is brand new and complete, not installed and in re-sell-able condition.
• Items are in the original package, or wrapping that it was sent in
• Please include all contact information and auction # so we can locate your purchase

Credit will be issued the same way payment was made

Return Shipping charges:

If we make an error shipping the wrong product to you, we will pay the return shipping. If you make a mistake, the shipping is yours to pay.

Restock fee's:

We do not charge re-stocking fees.
