• We ship the item to US by Epacket, 7-12 days will be delivered; we ship the item to other countries by Flat shipping (with no tracking number). If you want tracking number, you could choose "Standard Int'l shipping", it will take 20-40 workdays to arrive as the flat shipping. Or if you want it to arrive soon, you could choose "Expedited Int'l shipping", we'll ship the item out by EMS, UPS or DHL, it'll arrive in 4-6 workdays. 

• Your order will be shipped within 1 business day once we receive your cleared payment.

• Shipping to confirmed paypal address. No exceptions.

Damage or missing components
- Our products are all brand new and inspected carefully before sending out. Please check the package before the courier leaves.
If you receive a broken item or missing part, please keep the original package and email the photos & your contact number to us within 5 days.

- If products possibly damage during delivery, customers have to report in 5 days with your contact number and photo showing damage. Meanwhile, it may take about 15 days for the shipping company to investigate the case, thanks for your understanding.
