• Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in item prices or shipping costs. These charges are buyer's responsibility.

• Customs fees are normally charged by shipping companies or collected when you pick up the item. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
• We don't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against the U.S. and international laws.

• Returned items have to be in an original condition for a full refund.
• In situations where the item is returned in a different condition or the item isn't within the return requirements, we may unable to refund fully.
• Please contact us first if any problem occurs, for installing, for exchange, for return and so on, we will work for best solution.
• If any defective is found, please report us within 3 days after receiving items with the picture of defected part. After our confirmation, please follow our instructions.
• Initial failure is acceptable for 7days from receiving. Please contact us with picture and details and follow our instructions.
• Replacements will be sent out once the package arrives to our warehouse.
• We will inspect the item to be sure it meets the item condition policy for returns before refunding.
• If returning an item for any other reason, including deciding not to purchase the item after all, we will charge the returning shipping fee and we also keep the original shipping charge.New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

• All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
• Accessories such as cords and remotes
• Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
• "Free gifts" or bonus items
• All items included in a bundle

We have been selling used vehicles and vehicle parts in Japan since 1997 and recently expanded our business especially to automotive aftermarket of both vehicle and motorbike parts.
We own an exclusive right for domestic marketing for some items, and now we are even working on project planning and developing of our original automotive aftermarket parts. Currently we don't sell second-hand items.

Original products from our company may be shipped internationally. They have trendy designs, great function, safety, and quality which would meet users' needs.
