Postage

Handling Time:
Orders are posted at 2pm every working day.
Orders made on a Weekend/Public Holiday will be postage on the next available working day.

Delivery time:
Depending on your chosen method of postage, you will recieve your item within 1-10 working days.

Pickup:
If you would like to pickup your item, please let us know in a message and we can organise a time to collect.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Our Returns policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for returns^
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
* Used/2nd Hand & Clearance Items.

^There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted.

Damaged on Delivery

If your item was delivered damaged in transit, contact us with photos of the damage and we will get a replacement sent out.
Please do not try opening or using a damaged item.

Defective Item

All our products are to be installed by a licenced mechanic, we cannot be held liable for incorrect fitment, tampering or DIY jobs.
If you're not sure what you are doing, dont do it.
If you're item isn't working as it should, contact us immediately with photos and we will get our team onto recitfying the issue.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
