The Lowrance Link-5 marine VHF system is compact and affordable with an ultra-rugged waterproof (IPX7) chassis. Meeting the latest international compliance standards, the Link-5 delivers the ultimate reliability and performance, for unparalleled safety and communication on-the-water, anywhere in the world.

Link-5 offers a best-in-class microphone with six quick keys for simple and reliable helm operation, plus a built-in speaker that delivers clear audio that is easy to hear - even with the ambient noise typically associated with boating. It also features an easy-grip rubber molding cover for secure holding and operation.

Safety is always a concern; Lowrance designed the Link-5 for clear and simple Class D DSC operation. Link-5 features an efficient, extra-large rotary knob interface for easy channel changing, menu navigation and setting control. Clear display of GPS lat/lon data is presented on a 1 x 1.8 in (2.6 x 4.6 cm) LCD display with adjustable backlighting. Delivering all USA, Canadian and International marine channels, the system provides easy access to all DSC functions. The Lowrance Link-5 features an extra large Channel 16 key, dedicated volume and squelch knobs, weather keys, selectable Dual and TriWatch modes, local and distant functions, and three user-programmable ("favorites") channels.

Equipped with memory retention, the radio logs up to 10 distress calls and 20 individual DSC calls. DSC control keys include (priority) 16/9, WX, 3CH/+/- for quick channel changing, CALL, EXIT, SCAN and MENU. Additional system features include a rotary volume control with power on/off, all-channel priority and memory channel scans, 20 user-programmable names with MMSI, 10 weather channels with a 1050 Hz tone alert and a second receiver for incoming DSC messages on Channel 70.

Offering selectable 25/1-watt transmit power and NMEA 0183 compatibility, the Link-5 includes a flush-mount kit, wires for 4-watt external speakers, a PL259 connection for optional 2.4 m and 1 m fiberglass antennas. Stainless-steel and nylon antenna mounts are available from Lowrance, too.

The Lowrance Link-5 radio is protected by a 2-year limited warranty, and supported for an additional three years by the Lowrance 5-Year Advantage Program.

    Shipping
    Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Estimated standard shipping is 3 to 7, express is 2 to 4 business days. Shipping rate is for 48 contiguous states only. Most items can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations at an additional fee. Contact us for a quote. We process and ship orders Mon Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery. For large items shipped by LTL (trucking company) only curbside delivery is offered.

    Processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Prices, images and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do our best to be accurate, but occasionally mistakes may occur. The Twister Group is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect images, product descriptions and specifications. It is customer responsibility to verify all product information with manufacturer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, The Twister Group shall have the right to cancel any orders placed.

     
    Damaged Shipments
  • Advise the carriers representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or a shortage) on the airbill (all damage must be stated on the airbill, no damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made).
  • Damaged shipments are to be refused if possible. If order is left at the residence notify carrier immediately that you want to refuse the shipment.
  • Do NOT sign the airbill stating that the merchandise was received in Good Condition
  • Retain all shipping materials
  • Notify us as soon as possible
  • A representative of the carrier will contact you to make arrangements for viewing and assessing the damages
  • Damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Timeframe for claims resolution vary by shipping company and may take 15 business days or more.

    Returns
    The Twister Group offers a 30 day return policy for most items. Contact us to request return authorization.

    NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

    • Shipping cost, customs and brokerage costs.
    • Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for a return authorization.
    • Panasonic, Intel products, 30" and over LCD/LED and plasma television sets as well as opened software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
    • Non-defective products with opened clamshell or blister.

    Items returned for refund must be in sellable condition. The Twister Group reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization.

    For all shipments returned by carrier and/or refused, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective 20% restocking fee will be charged (may be higher for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original brand new condition).

    Please allow 2-4 weeks after all goods are received for returns to be processed.
