Overview

Anti theft logo valve stem caps set comes with 4 caps with 2 durable keys. Each air valve cap has a insert with a Buna O-Ring for a proper air tight seal. The outer logo cap operates independently of the insert. If someone attempts to remove a valve stem cap without the key, the outer logo cap merely spins as if stripped.

These Chrome finish Logo Valve Stem Caps add finishing touch to your wheels. Full color, highly detailed logos are permanent, fade- proof, waterproof and protected by a scratch-resistant polycarbonate coating as used in jet fighter canopies. Precision engineered and plated to show quality specifications. These are made of ABS plastic & do not interfere with TPMS Tire-pressure monitoring system. This set includes 4 air valve caps.

State law requires that we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Illinois.

Payment Terms:

If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recoup our eBay fees and will, ultimately, release the product back into our inventory for re-sale.

Continental United States:

USPS is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We also ship to PO Boxes;

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments and is included in your shipping charge.

APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories:
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. We can ship all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days; although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available.

Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email is generated at the close of business day and will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package.

We love our international customers and we’re happy to ship to you wherever you live! Please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get the package to you on time, certain things remain out of our control with international shipping (e.g., customs delays etc.). Please keep this in mind when rating our shipping!

An Important Note for Our International Customers:
We ship via USPS -First Class International. This is the most economical method of shipping. Unfortunately, with this method of shipping there is no guaranteed delivery time nor tracking capability. The USPS handles the delivery from the US to the country where the delivery address is located and then that country's postal system delivers the package to the buyer. In general, First Class Mail International will take between 1 and 6 weeks to arrive.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Custom Werks includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise. We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

Shipping Mishaps:
What if my package is damaged when I receive it?
Please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our very best to take care of it. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact us for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:
All of the items we sell are brand new. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our very best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original winning price.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit.Items must be in new condition & factory packaging & the factory seal (seal wrap) not broken.

Warranty:
• Made in the USA merchandise is of the the highest possibly quality & warranted against defects as long as you own them. 
• Imported merchandise may be warranted against defects for 90 days, unless otherwise noted.
• Life-time Warranty - All products have a lifetime warranty against defects of material or workmanship. The warranty covers replacement only.

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:

• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. 
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price may be applicable.
• Refund will be calculated as follows*:
[Original sales price + any applicable sales tax – any applicable restocking fee]
• Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the item.

* Upon inspection, if we determine that the item was inaccurately condition rated or described, we will issue you a complete refund, including original and return shipping.

Logo Design/ Art work 
At times, manufacturers change logo design (artwork) without any prior notification. The change in logo design (artwork) may be a requirement by the automaker.
