be free from defects in workmanship and materials
for a period of 3 month or 3000 miles (whichever
occurs first) from the date of purchase. The
obligation under this warranty is limited
to replacement or credit of any part found
to be defective. eClutchmaster is not responsible
for its products when subjected to misuse,
abuse, improper installation accident or normal
wear. We, eClutchmaster reserved the right
to examine all parts returned warranty claim
to determine whether or not any such part
failed because of a defect in material or
in workmanship. eClutchmaster, liability here
under does not include labor charges, incidental,
special, or consequential damages, No other
warranty is hereby given, obligation under
this warranty. Except as provided in this
limited warranty or any other warranty required
by law, all other warranties expressed or
implied including merchantablity and fitness
for particular purpose are waived. All applicable
warranties shall expire in 3 months or 3000
miles (whichever comes first) from the date
of purchase. All non-defective returns authorized
by eClutchmater are subject to a 30% restocking
fee, and must be returned within 10 days from
date of purchase.
