Shipping Information

All of our Floor mats ship directly from the warehouse to insure a quicker delivery time and that you received a product with the newest updates or revision of the product as possible. We strive to ship all products within 24 hours however sometimes it takes 48 due to a large number of orders. You will receive an email with the tracking number (Fedex or UPS) as soon as your item ships. If you have questions please email or message us.

Returns:

The vast majority of products available at The Floor Mat Collection are returnable, as long as they are returned with all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition. Certain products require a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. When shipping the return, this RA# must be clearly labeled on the package. Items returned without an RA# are not eligible for refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs UNLESS the item recieved was shipped incorrectly by us.
