 Our Carbon-Organic sprung racing disc provides a lighter and quicker shifting for all stock or lightly modified car applications. We use components that are manufactured in the USA to ensure reliability and outstanding performance. Unlike the competition, we do not import any parts from overseas. All our products are built by certified engineers with over 25 years of expertise. PRC sprung retainer assembly boasts six hardened steel springs and six severe duty retainer rivets, ensuring power and reliability. The sprung design reduces driveline shock and spline wear due to torsional dampeners. It has a quiet operation by reducing torsional vibrations. Our wrap-around spring windows provide support and reduce stress concentrations, which are frequent causes of failure. This disc gives you the best street feel engagement and an extended life. Our disc are known for a smooth engagement, long life, and broad operating temperature, minimal-to-no break in period. This disc can take hard use, and will return to almost full operational condition if overheated. Material is dark with visible metal and carbon fibers content. It has quite some copper content so that your engagement becomes richer through every gear. The copper content also helps with a longer life. Our High Copper disc is notorious for usage on and off the track(road racing). Users that want something to last them longer than an oem clutch use this kit. When pairing any full face style disc with our high clamp pressure plates or other brand pressure plates, it allows an increase in stock torque up to 60%.

Clutch cover assemblies (pressure plates):
All cover assemblies endure a precise robotic testing process to ensure proper clamp load and clutch lift separation. This step ensures optimal pedal feel for better drivability.  
To help guarantee durability, the diaphragm spring (dark fingers in the center) receives special high frequency induction heat treating. This helps prevent the wear that normally occurs at the contact surface of the release bearing. Together, these procedures provide you a like-new pedal feel throughout the life of your clutch. 

The main focus of this kit is to provide the driver an aftermarket clutch experience. The Carbon-Organic sprung style disc combined with EXEDY clutch cover provides the driver a really good engagement. Its a very smooth engagement allowing you launch quickly without the clutch overheating. This kit provides an increase in HP/TQ capacity as well. We strongly recommend using this kit for lightly modified builds with your basic bolt on mods such as intake, headers, exhuast.
