OEM overstock parts may not be in original package. Any OEM overstock parts from yawonline are authentic, they are not aftermarket!!!

OEM overstock parts could have imperfections or blemishes due to shipping & handling from manufacturer before we take possession of them. They are priced to reflect any such imperfections or blemishes. Please contact us about specific item before purchasing and we can provide additional item condition and/or additional pictures upon request. 

We do not cover return shipping under any circumstances! In return situtations, we only refund partial or full refunds of original purchase price. 

Checkout/Shipping information expected within 3 days of auction close. After 7 days, ANY Unpaid auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) through eBay AND cancellation.

All parts sold through eBay Motors will come with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. The 30 day warranty period starts when you take possession of the part.

Most parts come with a 30 day warranty (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and a 30 day return period. It is rare that our parts will not fit or function correctly. If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we will ask you for a digital picture and your vehicle’s VIN number so we can assist you.

Parts Covered by Warranty – in case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong fitment, YAW will replace the part or issue a full refund (YAW’s choice) up to the cost of the parts purchased price (no refunds for labor costs), see warranty tab in the listing for more details. Customer pays for shipping the part back.

Items NOT Covered by Warranty - For parts that are not defective, but are returned, the following will apply: 20% Restocking Fee, shipping costs are not refunded, and customer pays for shipping the part back.

Airbags are sold '"as is," no returns.

If picking up, you have (7) days to schedule and pick-up your part from the time of purchase.

You will receive delivery of your item(s) 4 to 8 business days after full payment is received.

Please allow us, the seller to select the appropriate delivery method / carrier. It's been our experience that we can provide better service for our customers when we package items, decide shipping method, and schedule freight pickups. We have selected our commercial carriers to provide the best national (continental United States) coverage and care for our quality new and used auto parts. Buyer/Customer cannot arrange their own commercial shipping when purchasing items off eBay or online. Please do not ask us to bill your shipping account or use another carrier. Important Information About Engine Warranty

What is Covered Under the 30 Day Warranty:
Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the Engine Block, Cylinder Head(s), Head Gasket(s), Crankshaft, Pistons, Rods, Bearings, Oil Pump, Camshaft(s), Valves & Lifters. Please contact us ASAP if you need to return or replace your auto part, after the 30 day warranty period no refunds/replacements will be honored. 

What is NOT Covered or Guaranteed to be included:
The engine you receive may or may NOT include some additional accessories and extra parts. If included these parts are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY and were included to help protect the engine during storage and shipping. Examples of these non-warranty parts include switches, sensors, cables, coils, wires, injectors, electronics, belts (including timing belt/chain), hoses, water pumps, brackets, intake/exhaust manifolds, oil pans and turbos/superchargers (if equipped). To aid in installation, you get to keep your current engine and all attached accessories. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.

Installation Check List:

(You must complete the following or risk voiding the warranty)

  • Determine why the original engine failure occurred and make appropriate repairs.
  • Insure this engine is the same application as the one being replaced.
  • Clear all computer diagnostic codes from the vehicle prior to installing.
  • Exchange the oil pan and pick up tube.
  • Inspect and replace gaskets & seals (front seal, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets).
    On crankshaft bolts that are drilled through sealant must be applied to avoid leaks.
  • Install new thermostat & gasket (warranty will be void if engine heat tab is melted or removed)
  • Replace the timing belt.
  • Remove all "cap-plugs" orifice covers.
  • Replace water pump.
  • Install replacement sparkplugs & wires.
  • Exchange the flywheel and bolts.
  • Exchange attached accessory items to insure proper fit (mounts, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, sensors).
  • Disable fuel/ignition before attempting to start engine. This will allow the oil to prime as indicated by the manufacturer.
  • Replace engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filters, coolant-antifreeze.
  • Drain excess oil and coolant from exhaust system.
  • If equipped with an engine oil cooler the radiator or external cooler must be replaced.
  • Insure the cooling system is flushed and functioning properly.

 

Important Information About Transmission Warranty

What is Covered Under the 30 Day Warranty:
Transmission warranties are limited to defects in the transmission case/bellhousing and all internal components (unless mentioned in the NOT Covered section below).

What is NOT Covered:
It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace external switches sensors & solenoids, replace all filters, replace all seals, replace pan gaskets and Relearn, Reset or Replace computers and clear all codes when installing a transmission.  Re-learning or resetting the Transmission to the vehicle may involve towing (Not Driving) to a dealership of same manufacturer in order to be performed. In certain types of Transmissions the TCM (transmission controlling computer) is incorporated with the Valve body which may require the valve body to be replaced. Transfer cases are not included with transmission from AWD vehicles. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.

Installation Check List:

(You must complete the following or risk voiding the warranty)

  • Determine why the original transmission failure occurred and make appropriate repairs
  • Insure the product provided is materially the same as the one to be replaced
  • Remove oil pan and replace filter.
  • Remove torque converter strap.
  • Replace front seal.
  • Properly install and index the torque converter completely into the front pump.
  • Inspect and replace rear seal as needed.
  • Change over sensors as needed.
  • Flush the transmission cooler lines and radiator with a power flush machine or with an aerosol “Cooler Flush Kit”. This will ensure the cooling system is flowing.
  • Replace the radiator or cooler if recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Remove all “cap-plugs” from lines and orifices.
  • Clear all transmission computer codes in the vehicle prior to starting or operating.
  • Fill the transmission with the OEM recommended fluids.
  • Verify the differential portion of the transmission is full of fluid.
  • Most 4WD & some 2WD vehicles must re-learn the shift logic to the transmission after installation. You may verify with your local dealer if a re-learn is required for your vehicle. We do not reimburse for this service.

Warranty does NOT cover labor, towing, diagnostic or rental car costs

Commercial Address WITH Forklift or Loading Dock – Price listed includes shipping to a commercial business address (business name required) with a forklift or loading dock designed for semi trucks. If you do not have a commercial business address (business name required) with a forklift or loading dock, we will ship this item to a freight terminal that is available closest to your shipping zip code (sometimes they are not close, so verify before purchasing). You must provide a day time phone number when you are checking out.

Residential or Commercial Address WITHOUT Forklift or Loading Dock –For an additional $75 we can deliver this item to your business or residence on a truck with a Lift Gate. Load is curbside delivery ONLY.

  • An adult 18 or older must be present for delivery.

  • Daytime phone number is required (item will not deliver until appointment is scheduled).

  • Cannot ship  to AFO APO military addresses or P.O. Box.

  • Cannot ship to APT. Number, we can ship to your apartment building (complex name is required).

 

Customer Pick-Up:

Customers can elect to pick up this item at one of our locations. Sales Tax may be applicable. You must provide at the time of check out a day time phone number. Also, you must provide your ebay invoice at the time of pick up in order for your item to be released. If not presented you will be turned away until you have provided the Proof of Purchase (this is for your own protection). 

Parts that are being picked up at our facility are not prepared for shipment. They will not have any packaging included. If you will need this type of service please contact us. There will be a handling/packaging charge based on the size and weight of the part.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
