•		Computers, Modules, and Radios - Some computers/modules/radios may need to be reprogrammed, reflashed, or VIN unlocked by a dealership before working correctly or at all. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify if these parts will need these processess performed, and to pay for these processes as necessary.

•		Free Shipping - Free shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states only. Due to the weight and size of many of our parts, we are unable to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Shipping to these locations (and most international locations) is available at an additional cost, please contact us for details.

•		Freight Shipping - Items that are too heavy to be shipped via FedEx or USPS will be shipped using LTL freight. Typical freight items include engines, transmissions, complete axles/differentials, and sets of seats. In these cases, free shipping will apply only to commercial addresses with loading docks or fork lifts able to unload from a standard commercial trailer. Residential delivery or liftgate service are available at an additional cost. If you are unsure if an item will be shipped using freight or would like to schedule residential delivery or liftgate service, please contact us before purchasing.

•		Handling Time - All orders are shipped within 24hrs of purchase (Mon-Fri Only). Orders placed after hours Friday or over the weekend will be shipped Monday. Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email with tracking information. Please note that in some cases, freight shipments may take longer than 24hrs to ship.

•		Items With Fluid - All parts with fluid will be completely drained before being shipped, please make sure these parts are properly refilled with the correct fluid before or during installation.

•		Sales Tax - Sales tax will apply to New York buyers only, at a rate of 7.5%.


	Warranty: All parts come with a 60-day full coverage warranty. If your part fails to operate properly at any time within 60 days of purchase, contact us and we will arrange for either a replacement part to be sent to you, or a full refund. Defective items will not be charged a restocking fee of any kind. Returns: All parts come with a 30-day no questions asked return policy.
