Overstock Boat Parts brings you this SINGLE BRAND NEW boat folding fishing seat. It is constructed from marine grade, UV and moisture resistant vinyl in a neutral off-white tone and beige. They feature matching hinges. This seats measure approximately 16 1/2" wide x 16 1/2" deep x 23" high (approximately 10" tall when folded) and it uses the standard 5" x 12" bolt pattern..

These folding fishing seats are new and out of the original packaging. Our products are sold as photographed; please review our images an description prior to purchasing.

Returns
Overstock Boat Parts offers a 14 day return policy.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the eBay buyer, are responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping. You MUST contact us via eBay message for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment. 

Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT; contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsalable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED rejected by Overstock Boat Parts at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on “free shipping” items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

Typographical Errors

Outside the 48 Lower Continental United States

Unfortunately, our shipping method does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  If your physical address falls under one of these areas, we will contact and invoice you via PayPal for additional shipping charges. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice.

If the description of this product above states that this will be a truck line or freight shipment, then your item will arrive by a large commercial truck and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck.
