Domestic Shipping: We ship via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail or UPS (chosen by us). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS and incur an extra charge. From the day we ship, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.

International Shipping: International delivery is offered in the form of USPS 1st Class economy (2-5 weeks delivery/no tracking), USPS Priority Mail (1-2 weeks delivery w/ tracking) and USPS Express Mail delivery (4-5 business days w/ tracking). All three methods are advertised in our listings and are available for selection once the listing is purchased. Please note that actual delivery time does vary by location and guaranteed delivery by a specific date is not a feature of any of these shipping methods. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.

Oil and Chemicals: All oil and chemicals will be shipped domestically via Fed Ex or UPS only. Oils and chemicals cannot be shipped internationally. No exceptions!

Returns:

You must notify us in advance of all returns for authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging.
