Auction Payment Policies
- We would like our auctions to be fair to all bidders, so it's important that winning bidders follow through with their payment as agreed.
- Payment is due within 2 days after the end of the auction.

Auction Handling Time
- Domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (but usually the same or next business day) after cleared payment has been received.
- International orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after cleared payment has been received.
DOMESTIC CARRIER: Items that specify "Ground Shipping" or UPS Ground including items that include FREE Shipping, will ship via UPS Ground, OnTrac, FedEx Ground or USPS Mail. The usual carrier in most cases is UPS Ground or OnTrac.
INTERNATIONAL CARRIER: Orders shipped to international addresses will ship via USPS First Class, or Priority Mail International after cleared payment for goods has been received.
RESTRICTIONS: Big Len's Cycles will only ship to physical addresses, no PO Boxes please.
HANDLING TIME: Big Len's Cycles usually ships domestic orders within 1 business day, of the date of cleared payment. International orders will ship within 3 business days. We will do whatever we can to get your item out promptly!
FREE SHIPPING: On items that offer free shipping, free shipping is only included on orders that are shipping to 48 Continental US States. Additional fees will be charged for all other locations, including AK, and HI.
DELAYS OR BACKORDERS: If for any reason the shipment of your item is going to be delayed, we will contact you ASAP and provide you with the details, issue a refund etc.
All Sales Are Final unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS: will be accepted for merchandise which is damaged, defective, or has been shipped in error. Merchandise damaged by the misuse, abuse, or bad installation is non-returnable.
Because they can be easily damaged by improper installation or other system defects, ELECTRICAL PARTS AND COMPONENTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
The only exception that will be made is in the case where the wrong part was shipped. In that case the wrong part must be returned in new condition and may not have been installed. It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, in exchange for the proper part.
In case of defective or damaged merchandise, please save the original packaging materials and contact Big Len's Cycles within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee as determined by Big Len's Cycles if merchandise is determined not to be defective. In the case of orders that were subject to "Free Shipping," appropriate shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
