Overstock Boat Parts brings you this quality marine Captain / Helm / Bolster boat seat. It is constructed from several colors and textures of UV and moisture resistant vinyl including black, charcoal, shiny silver, and off-white (deeper color). It uses the Standard 12" x 5" bolt pattern and overall measurements of this seat are: 23 1/2" wide x 24" deep x 26" high overall.

This seat is was new, never installed, and out of the original manufacturers packaging. However it incurred damages from shipping. The unit contains cosmetic damage from this as depicted in our photographs. These include a finger width sized tear on the side, a small tear on the back bottom near the edge, a tear in the front bottom corner, and some dirt / scuffs on the white vinyl. The dirty /scuffs may be removed with the proper cleaning. Our products are sold as photographed and described, please review our product images and description prior to purchasing.

Returns
Overstock Boat Parts offers a 14 day return policy.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the ebay buyer, are responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping and MUST contact us via eBay message for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment.   

Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED rejected by Overstock Boat Parts at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on “free shipping” items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

Typographical Errors

Overstock Boat Parts attempts to keep the information in our listings as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

Unfortunately, our shipping method does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  If your physical address falls under one of these areas we will contact and invoice you via Paypal for additional shipping charges. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice.

If the description of this product above states that this will be a truckline or freight shipment, then your item will arrive by a large commercial truck and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck.
