Our BR Type model is the perfect choice for street driving and the occasional road course or autocross duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine-tuning your compression and rebound, plus a separately adjustable ride height, having a performance coilover system could not be any easier. You choose how low or high you want your vehicle to sit (no preset ride height here) and our patented concave lower locking ring keeps it locked in securely. Our systems offer optional pillowball mounts to provide the most feedback possible from your suspension, and to sharpen your steering response. Our available front and rear camber plates also allow you to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. BC Racing offers all of these features while providing a strong, attractive-looking coilover system at a reasonable price.

Per eBay and Paypal security policies, we can only ship to paypal addresses, and we do not offer address changes. Items will be shipped by FedEx, USPS or UPS Ground within 1-2 business day after receiving full payment. Tracking Number will be provided. In rare occasion where an item is back ordered due to inventory error, we will notify customer within 1 business day.

 We ship all our items either via UPS/FEDEX or USPS. If there is no specific request prior to purchasing, we will choose the shipping carrier at our sole discretion.

 Packages that are REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SHIPPER will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances . International customers are responsible for any customs/brokerage fees, taxes, or duties.

 

Returns Policy

Please review this document carefully to help Sonic Motor process your return quickly and efficiently.

All items sold by Sonic Motor will carry a 30 day warranty. After 30 days, the item(s) will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty if offered by the manufacture. Please follow the return procedure listed below to avoid any delay or denial.

Returning a Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete items must be reported to Sonic Motor within 24 hours of delivery. If the claim is not reported within 24 hours of delivery Sonic Motor may refuse the return. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items are eligible for an exchange or refund, when the return has been inspected and approved. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials to qualify for inspection. No returns will be accepted for products that have been installed or modified in any way

All returns require a Return Merchandise Number (RM#) from Sonic Motor. The following information will be required when you contact Sonic Motor in regards to returning an item:

Defective Items: A full description of the problem must be given along with a picture or any other visual evidence that the item is defective. Defective items will be fully inspected before an exchange or refund is issued.

Damaged Items: Describe in detail the condition of the item(s) and packaging along with sending us a picture that shows the damaged condition of the item and/or packaging. Damaged items will be fully inspected before an exchange or refund is issued. Remember to keep all items and packaging materials in the condition you received them in case an inspection by a shipping carrier is required.

Incorrect Items: For incorrect items received, you must send Sonic Motor a picture of the item(s) or provide the UPC code and product identification number affixed on the outside of the box. With this information, Sonic Motor can verify what incorrect item was shipped to your address. Incorrect items will be fully inspected before an exchange or refund is issued.

All items returned must be in brand new, resale condition and contain all the original packaging material. All returns will be inspected and tested upon receipt*. Any discrepancies will result in the package being returned at your own cost without credit or replacement.

Returns will be rejected or refused credit if:
* Item is incomplete
* Item is returned in a non-qualified shipping container
* Package is affixed with counterfeit label(s)
* Standard certification labels are removed from packaging (barcode label, UL Listing, capacity, brand name, UPC Code)
* Items is dented, scratched, defaced or otherwise damaged due to installation
* Item is altered in any capacity

Return Merchandise Number - (RM#)
All returns require prior authorization from Sonic Motor. Obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RM#) by contacting Sonic Motor

Fill out the Return Form
Complete the Return Form and include it in your return package. Affix the address label with the RM# to the outside of the package (postage not included). Packages received without RM #, address label, or completed Return Form will be refused.

All returns will be at your expense unless otherwise stated by Sonic Motor. It is recommended that you ship and insure your package using a traceable carrier that can provide you with tracking information and delivery confirmation. Sonic Motor is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. With certain returns related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Sonic Motor may issue a pre-paid shipping label for a return or reimburse shipping charges when an original shipping receipt is provided.

If your return does not meet the requirements specified, Sonic Motor will contact you to explain why the return was denied. You will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned from the Sonic Motor warehouse to you.

You may return products within 30 business days of shipment for a refund or replacement. All returns information is located above.
