All communication must be via the eBay message system only. 3. Wait 1 - 3 business days for us to send you an actual RMA # and return location. Fill out the eBay return form. Please do not use the eBay return RMA # or shipping location in Rahway, NJ. Returns sent there may be scrapped or sent back to you. 4. It is a good idea that you obtain a shipping carrier that can provide you with insurance as well as a tracking number in case your return gets lost or damaged on its way back to us. 5.
