Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping charges for any returns unless there were any shipping mistakes made by VMA Auto. Electrical Items: NO RETURN OR REFUND ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned.
