For sale is an original 40cm Petri steering wheel for BMW 3.0 and 2002 models. These were standard equipment on the legendary 3.0 CSL. This one was an optional upgrade on a 3.0 CSi, purchased in Munich in 1973, and imported to the US in 2004. It’s the real deal.

 

It’s in very good condition all around, with light wear to the metal and no issues with the rubber. BMW emblem is beautiful. Ready to install, complete with the original hub, hub trim, horn button, and turn signal actuator.

 

As CSL values continue to skyrocket, these original Petri wheels will become harder to find. They’re more comfortable than wood rimmed steering wheels and they look great. I hope this finds a good home in a great vintage BMW!
