Retrun Policy
- If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, (all parts must be brand new, uninstalled or undamaged in any way) please return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be well-packed in its original packaging and must contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wraps and instructions.
- Return or exchanges are allowed for damaged or wrong items, and there is NO restocking fee for them. Absolutely no return on any installed electrical parts.
- All returns must come with an Return Mechandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by us and return shipping address. If returned items are without RMA#, the package will be refused and the buyer will be held liable for all expenses.
- If your package is lost in trnasit to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damages and connot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will be directed to submitting a claim directly to your shipping company requesting any reimbursement.
- In the event that the product you are returning does not meet the requirements described, we will document and prepare a detailed summary of our conclusion as to why the return was denied and will deem the ineligible item for return and will ship it back to you.
- Refunds are issued approximately 2-3 days after we have received your return. Please allow this window of days for inspection and processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.
- All piston rings, main bearings, and rod bearings that have the manufacturer's original seal and plastic shrink wrap open cannot be returned. There are no exemptions and guarantees the quality of the components you receive.
Warranty Policy
- We offer a limited 30 days warranty to all our products. We firmly believe our parts are free from any defects in workmanship, material and that all manufacturing is processed under a strict quality control environment.
- The 30 days period is applied from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The limited warranty does not cover labor, any damages from accidents or installations, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. Warranty and exchanges may be limited to defective and or damaged items during transit to you.
- All waranty claims must be authorized and returned prepaid to us for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover or assume responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading fluids, oils or car rentals.
- Absolutely no exchanges will be made for any products that has been damaged, misused or improperly installed. We highly recommend that a licensed professional bear the responsibility of proper installation. The buyer also assumes risk of possible damage caused by improper installation.
