1. The item will be shipped out in 1~2 business days via UKRLE(EXCEPT the weekend and holidays).
2. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours on weekdays(1~5 working days after shipped). Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Wish-Group is not liable for any delays, loss and/or damage to items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistake by buyers.
4. Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and /or returned to Wish-Group due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
5. Pick-up Service: We operate a strictly online retail business. So Pick-up is not available and we are unable to make any exceptions.

3. Buyers should take note there is additional clearance time for payments made via Paypal-eCheque. Once payment is credited to our account,it may take 24-48 hours to process,after which your item will be dispatched.

1. We offer a 30 days return guarantee on all our products. If you are unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 14 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to exchange or refund the item upon our receipt of the return parcel.
 2. To qualify for this order, it's important to follow the guidelines below:
A. Send us an email or eBay message quoting your order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return;
B. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you and, if applicable, issue you a Return Authorization(RMA) number , a return address, and other relevant information. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
C. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns.
D. Please ensure product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and/or our ability to provide further service.
E. It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number or post receipt, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.
F. Please note that returns are refunded through PayPal only.Refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
G. Refund will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned parcel. Please allow 3 working days for us to process with your return.
