PAYMENT

Please note, that we accept Paypal only. Please contact us or pay us within 5 days after purchase.

For wish of client we give an invoice. If You want invoice please ask by eBay after purchase. In this email write all informations necessary to invoice. If client don't need an invoice we put to parcel a receipt.

SHIPPING

Item will be shipped within 1-2 business day after receipt of cleared payment. Shipping will usually be done by International Standard Airmail or by DPD service. Delivery times vary from 3 to 14 business days. We will contact you immediately, if there are problems of shipping or other reason of delay.

We ship to your PayPal address. Please contact us if you need goods to be shipped to different address.

Your item will be packed with sufficient packing materials to avoid damage in transit. We check all items before we ship them out. However, once you receive a damaged or defective item, please see our return policy first.

If the package is lost during transportation, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice.

International buyers please note, what import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are not satisfied with our product, you may send it back for refund or exchange. Please contact us via email within 7 days after delivery. The item must be returned in original condition, without being used. Return shipping costs will be at your expenses.

In case of receiving wrong item or item with manufacture’s defect  please contact us immediately and we'll exchange for you free.

If item is received damaged, we do ask customer to provide us a picture through email to show the damage so that we can expedite the return.
