If your vehicle was previously loaded with software version AE or newer, this disc may not be compatible. Please note that we don't refund nav discs as they can be copied and returned so please be sure your vehicle was not loaded with a newer disc than this AD version. If you run into this case, you can send the disc back for an exchange for a newer DVD, but you must pay the price difference and return shipping.
