Payment must be received within 24 hours of winning bid, “Buy it Now” and “Best Offer”. If payment isn't received within 24 hours, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed automatically.

PAYPAL: Your PayPal account must be a Verified PayPal account. Selecting "Immediate Pay" is the way to go. If you select eCheck, it may take 2-8 days to clear PayPal. We only ship to a confirmed PayPal address and may still contact you for additional verification.

CREDIT CARD: We only ship to the Billing Address.

Most orders are usually shipped the same or next business day after receipt of payment.

All orders are shipped by either UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS.

We ship to all of the United States including Military APO & FPO and Puerto Rico and the world. Items that state "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

FREIGHT SHIPPING ONLY: Please include a telephone number, as shipping companies require it.

International buyers: Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery, customers are responsible for these charges. We reserve the right to choose a carrier based on the shipping method selected at the time of payment. Select Golf Carts has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Orders shipped using eBay’s (GSP) "Global Shipping Platform," have already paid their taxes and must contact eBay directly regarding any issues.

Shipment errors due to a bad or undeliverable address entered by the buyer or deemed by the shipping company will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier. Reattempted deliveries are charged per our standard shipping charges.

Combined shipping is done at the seller's discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

All items are sold as-is. The following information is only for items that indicate "Returns Accepted".

Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 72 hours of any damage or in a condition other than described in the listing.

An RMA (Return Authorization) MUST be obtained prior to returning any items. Items returned without an RMA will be refused or sent back to the sender. To obtain an RMA, please call us on 1 (858) 859-2278 stating the reason for the return. In most cases, a simple phone call solves the problem with an explanation of how the product works.

Within 14 days from the date you receive your order, you may return the item(s) for a refund less any shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. (For merchandise that states "free shipping", our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, unused, mint condition. Please ship your parcel back to Select Golf Carts, shipping prepaid and insured. Select Golf Carts cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not reimbursable.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item(s) to be replaced, exchanged or refunded.

We aim to process your return as soon as we receive it. However, returns can sometimes take up to eight (8) days in-house to process from the date we receive the item(s) back.

Any items damaged in shipping will be handled and processed by the shipping company. Please retain all packing material for insurance purposes. All items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged items will be returned to customer at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued.

ITEM(S) DEEMED NOT AS DESCRIBED: We test ALL our items prior to shipping, we also provide a detailed description to eliminate any ambiguity (WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE(S) IS WHAT YOU GET), Consequently we do not acknowledge or accept ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. If you do not get what is in the pictures, you will receive a full refund (including original shipping costs if applicable) or an exchange at no additional cost to you.

When returning items, please include a note describing the issue you are having and make sure you use a shipper that provides you with insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number will take longer to process.
