Supercool AB  thermoelectric refrigeration to be mounted in the side of an ice box. Large 24 VDC unit. It is old stock and I have no data for it. It was made in Sweden, and used in boats and RV applications. Easy to install with a cut out dimension of about 4 3/4" x

8 1/2"  simple two wire hook up. The side with the fan mounts into the box I believe.
