Make your own Professional Quality Wheelie Bars!
Why pay big bucks to some speed shop or web site when you can make your own Wheelie Bars for a fraction of the cost? My Wheelie Bars look and work the same but cost a whole lot less! Materials are inexpensive and readily available. My cost for materials was only a fraction of what the pre-made bars cost! You can do it yourself with these plans! Drawings are included for both Professional type bars with springs on the upper strut and an un-sprung fixed upper strut type bars . All drawings are of professional quality developed using the latest in CAD (computer aided design) software. The computer permitted the proper geometry to be developed so that the Wheelie bars provide the most traction possible when properly installed. The plans have been tested by actually building a set of Wheelie bars to insure that your project will be a success and that you will be proud of the results. Every one has an opinion on what works best. The plans permit you to make your wheelie bars with or without a spring on the top strut. There is even an option to mount the bars for show only so that you do not have to weld to the rear end housing. This is a very easy project and can save you lots of $$$

Options: Drawings will produce weld on or bolt on (street use only) bars. Bars can be made with or without springs.
