I just removed this liftgate off of a 2005 reading dual wheel utility body. Platform is aluminum. Works as it should.        12 volt. Please see photos for imperfections. Bolts on to body. No welding required. 

The platform dimensions are 36 1/4" X 61 1/8"

This is a rail gate. It lifts straight up and down. It is similar to a tommy gate or a waltco lift gate
