  All return merchandise must be authorized and assigned with a   Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A) from our customer service representatives before returning a product.   Merchandise return without R.M.A will not be accepted and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please write the R.M.A clearly on the packing slip to be returned with the package along with your name.
