3) A digital photo of your existing key blade (a wallet card key is not acceptable) .... because too many buyers have submitted incorrect key codes which has caused us too much trouble trying to convince buyers of their error. Obtaining photos will assure every key/shell delivered will fit. You may, if you like, send a key code as well however we will refund all orders if a photo is not received within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Scroll further down this page for our "photo" instructions, when followed specifically and there are no shadows on the blade photo approval is usually guaranteed. If for some reason your photo is not approved we will notify you. We prefer that you send your photo to us at 415-312-9534 or you may attach your photo to any eBay message, however via eBay the photo as a better chance of being rejected because our photo software allows us to rotate and enhance your photo for approval. Remember: Only a photo will guarantee a perfect fit if the key does not turn your locks we will replace the blade. Using your photo we will custom cut your new Shell/Key using the latest computerized laser cutting equipment.

* This key with chip will function in every way as the 3 button remote EXCEPT the push button access of a remote key. You will need to access the doors, glove box, and trunk manually! DIY Programming is possible for 1st Generation Lexus models provided your existing key is a MASTER KEY...... a Valet Key will not allow DIY programming. 2nd Generation Lexus models using the 4D chip can be DIY programmed provided you have a programing device. You can rent or purchase a device from us if you feel you have a high degree of mechanical ability, otherwise the key will need programming by a local Locksmith or Lexus dealer!
