  I give the best possible description for my items and my photos are part of my description. I spend the time to take and post several photos, for my shoppers to have a better idea of what they are about to obtain. An image or a photo, is worth a thousand words. Please see the photos and don't  hesitate to ask questions, prior committing. Please take in to account, that most handbooks are pre-owned and some were printed 50-70 years ago. I do not advertise or sell after market products. Some handbooks cover the model and not the production year.  

 

Shipping and Receiving

  All items are shipped the same, or next business day. Items purchased on Fridays, will be shipped on the following Monday. USPS priority service is used to ship your purchase.  

Receiving your purchase is always exciting, but there are times when for some reason you are disappointed about the purchase you made, due to an unexpected event, or simply because it is not the item you had in mind.  For that reason, I offer a 14 day return or exchange policy. Returns will only be accepted, if the item you receive does not match the listings description. All listing photos are the actual photos of the item and you will receive the item exactly as you see in the photo. A 20% restocking fee will apply, if you would like to return the item simply, because you do not want the item or changed your mind. I ask you to please contact me to discuss the return, prior doing so. Buyers shall cover all return shipping costs.

  Please DO NOT open a “item not as described” case, unless the item is truly not what I described. To return an item, some members that are new to eBay and its rules or regulations, will chose “item not as described” case, instead of opening a return request. “Item not as described” case, has a negative impact on sellers account and monthly performance and I, as a seller, take this very seriously. In any scenario, please communicate prior opening any type of case. I am here to conduct fair business and all matters are handled professionally. Every case is unique and it will be handled as fair as it possibly can be.

Every item you will find in my store is cared for, cleaned with suede and microfiber and stored in cabinets with suede shelves, to prevent scratches or imperfections while waiting to be delivered. Smaller items, such as keys and shift knobs, are stored in individual suede pouches in drawers of a 16th century buffet cabinet with wool type fabric upholstery. All handbooks are in a room temperature area and each one is in a separate, special book wallet. Prior your item reaching you, new or pre-owned, it is cared for like no other.
