The Koosafier model holds 250ml Aluminium bottles with lids that gravity feed our screw top aluminium roller heads .This precision design and machining allows for an even layer of paint to be applied without variance in thickness or width. friction fit wheel heads have been machined and when rotated the roller picks up paint from inside the bottle regardless of speed of application. The precision edges surrounding the roller ensure the roller is coated evenly with the correct amount of paint leaving perfect edges and even layers every time . Once the job is done simply remove the applicator head and place lid back on the bottle , it's that simple! • The KOOSAFIER . The Koosafier is capable of walling motorcycles as well as cars ,The first machine to accomplish any tyre any size. In the past front and back fenders of motorcycles must be removed to create space for the operator to buff the tyre, Koosa has solved this problem with a left side arm mount . The arm can now be switched from either side within seconds to clear delicate motorcycle parts . A front wheel has makes placing and removing the machine from under the vehicle a whole lot easier. Just like a wheel barrow,wheeling the Koosafier around is a breeze . Koosa WhiteWall Machines have a variable speed motor control allowing the operator to set the speed of the rotation of the tyre to his preferred working speed. All Koosa WhiteWall Machines also have a forward to reverse switch that will change the direction of the tyre from anti-clockwise when buffering to clockwise when applying the paint, helping to make both processes smoother and more accurate for the operator. Koosa WhiteWall Machines have a unique 14mm solid stainless steel arm which is lockable at any angle, or adjusted to the users preferred tightness, giving full stability and control .buffing the tyre is done just above the centre of the rim away from guards .This arm has one hight adjustment and two joint tighteners to achieve this on any size tyre. Reaching in or out up or down on any size rim , without the height adjustment buffing lowered cars with 22" rims is impossible and the same goes for 15" and below stocks, impossible!, This arm can be switched to the left side to cater for Motorcycles without removing fenders. This arm also has a grinder tilt back to avoid using the upside of the buffing disc like inferior machines giving the grinder full support and control on absolutely any size tyre, eliminating any kickbacks and allowing for a full view of the tyre, this will ensure the operator not to damage the rims. An aluminium quick release clamp holds the bottles for support when applying paint giving the operator the best chance of applying a straight even line. It does not need to be used and grinder does not need to be removed to apply paint. This arm can be fully removed however for transport . The seat is a high grade foam seat, covered in laminated industrial strength vinyl it will keep its shape for years. The hardened 30mm shaft is STAINLESS STEEL and inserts over a custom 22mm motor shaft The Koosa WhiteWall Machine is genuinely tested to stand up to 1000kg.
