Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 72 hours of any damage or in a condition other than described in the listing.
An RMA (Return Authorization) MUST be obtained prior to returning any items. Items returned without an RMA will be sent back to the sender! To obtain an RMA, please call us on: 1 (858) 859-2278 stating the reason for the return. In most cases, a simple phone call solves the problem with an explanation of how the product works.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. (For merchandise we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, unused, mint condition. Please ship your parcel back to Select Golf Carts, shipping prepaid and insured. Select Golf Carts cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not reimbursable.
Please enclose a copy of your PayPal invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item(s) to be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
We aim to process your return as soon as we receive it. However returns can sometimes take up to eight (8) days in-house to process from the date we receive the item(s) back.
Any items damaged in shipping will be handled and processed by the shipping company. Please retain all packing material for insurance purposes. All items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged items will be returned to customer and no refund will be issued.
ITEM(S) DEEMED NOT AS DESCRIBED: We test ALL our items prior to shipping, we also Include a detailed description in our listings to eliminate any ambiguity (WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES IS WHAT YOU GET), Consequently we do not acknowledge or accept ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. If you do not get what is in the pictures, you will receive a full refund (including original shipping costs if applicable) or an exchange at no additional cost to you.
When returning items, please include a note describing the issue you are having and make sure you use a shipper that provides you with insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number will take much longer to process.
