Shipping, Delivery And Pick Up From/On Our Premise:

1. Shipping charges are not refundable as well as returning shipping charges must be prepaid by customer.
2. We are not responsible for any labor And Shipping charges, If this item need any minor or major repairs the item must be returned back.
3. We do not pay for any part or labor (NO EXCEPTIONS).
4. Refund or replacement will be issued only after receiving the item back to our warehouse.
5. If under any circumstances an item is being returned to us or order cancelled all shipping and handling charges are customer responsibility. If an item is being returned to us and you do not acquire a return authorization number, the item will be refused by our receiving department.

WE DO OUR BEST TO PACKAGE THE ITEM PROFESSIONALLY IF DAMAGE OCCURS DURING SHIPPING YOU MUST FILL OUT A REPORT AT TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER AND FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

 

Return Policy

1. In the event of a warranty return please contact JDM ENGINE ZONE for a RA (Return Authorization) Code.
2. Ship warranty return with prepaid shipping bacck to JDM ENGINE ZONE along with the RA on packaging.
3. Any returns sent collect shipping will be refused
4. Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
5. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the product to be repaired or an exchange to be sent to you.

Warranty Coverage Begins from Date of Invoice

Terms & Conditions

1. JDM Engine zone at its option either to repair or replace the defective unit only if there is a hole in the block it will void the warranty
   1. JDM imported used non-performance engines: Three (3) months and unlimited miles on the internal parts only from the date of purchase. No warranty is covered on any attached accessories and parts such as manifolds, carburetor, sensors, distributor, alternator, starter, water pump, thermostat, clutch, flywheel, timing belt of the belt driving engine and all seals etc. Engines are sold as LONG BLOCK ONLY! For details on what is considered non-performance please give us a call or e-mail.
   2. JDM high-performance engines and transmissions: 30 day warranty is offered on diesel, VTEC, VVTi, VVL, MIVEC, turbo, supercharged, high performance and racing engines and transmission. Only covers engine internals. Attached accessories are not under warranty, for details on what is considered high-performance please give us a call or contact thru eBay.
2. Used non performance transmissions: Three (3) months from the date of purchase on the internal parts only. Electrical switches, solenoid, wiring system, shift linkage and torque converters are not guaranteed. For details on what is considered non performance please give us a call or contact us thru EBay
3. We do not guarantee that the accessories and sensors will be included or that they work properly. Axles, half shafts, motor mounts and shift linkage do not come with the engine, but can be purchased separately upon request.
4. All items other than the above will be SOLD AS IS!!! No return, refund or warranty is offered unless specified.
5. Rotary engines are SOLD AS IS and are not covered by any warranty.

Customer's Obligations:

1. Customer must install new oil, oil filter, spark plugs and coolant.
2. Customer must flush and refill radiator, change water hoses, water pump, thermostat, timing belt, timing belt tensioner, all seals, and gaskets that are necessary before installation.
3. Due to the variation and design on some models of Japanese version engines, customer is required to make necessary change over on some parts such as changing the oil pan, oil pick up tube, dipstick, flywheel, clutch assembly and distributor
4. Customer is responsible to re-install all smog devices.
5. All belt-driven engines are required to be installed new timing belt and set on right timing before installation is done.
6. Check and adjust valve clearance and tune up.
7. Customer is responsible to verify parts for fitness, proper size and application prior to installation. We assume no liability for parts incorrectly installed as the result of error in ordering.
8. Engine and transmission must be installed and ran in warranty timeframe (date on invoice) in order to claim the warranty
   

Limitations

1. Repair or replacement as a result of any accident, misuse, collision, upset, fire, negligence, alteration, racing and competition events that will cause overdriving or over boosting, improper installation or repair.
2. Labor cost, downtime, towing charges, freight charges, rental and comprehensive insurance claims etc.
3. Oil leaks, blown head gasket and overheating due to poor cooling system.
4. Bent valves lock up or back fire due to broken timing belt or wrong timing set. New timing must be installed on all belt-driving engines before installation.
5. Internal damage caused by dropping obstacles into combustion chambers.

Shipping Deliver and Pick Up from/on Our Premise

1. JDM engine zone has a very strict shipping policy that involves your engine and or transmission to be put on a skid, strapped down securely, and wrapped in cellophane to protect it from the elements.
2. Loading and unloading on our premises is done for customer's courtesy. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage.
