428 CJ Ford Harmonic race balancer. I was told this came from the early drag race program. This is a wide C8AE harmonic balancer - proper for FE engines 428 CJ and some later 390s. I cant find a date code but its got degree marks all the way around it. whereas a steet damper has only about an inch worth of marks. Excellent rubber, nice metal , dipped in black paint for that authentic look.
