Once you have attempted installation in ANY way, return policy is void. This is custom made to YOUR specs so please double check first. We are NOT responsible for installation errors. If you typo in your order details your are responsible for replacement. We copy and paste EXACTLY as YOU type it. Please double check for accuracy.ALL RETURNS require prior approval. If errors or damage is not reported within 24 hours of delivery, we will NOT accept a return. Please check over your item upon receipt for any errors or damage. You have 14 days from the date it was delivered to return it to us. Money back option is ONLY available is we sent the wrong color or made an error and can not send a replacement. If we made an error, We will gladly correct it. Customer damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Photo's will need to be taken to prove damage PRIOR to installation. You have 14 days from the original date of receipt to have APPROVED returns sent back to us in UNUSED/ UNINSTALLED condition.
We are fully responsible for any errors in shipping you the wrong item.
We do NOT offer refunds without a return! Return items for a refund
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless we shipped the wrong item to you.
Custom made to order items are NOT returnable unless it was a mistake on our part or an error was made by us or item is damaged upon receipt.
PHOTO'S WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW MAIL DAMAGED ITEMS PRIOR TO INSTALL. Once decals have been installed, Return policy is VOID!
Damage only occurs when decals are
(1) Not properly installed or area is not cleaned with rubbing alcohol prior to install,
(2) They are neglected by not following the instructions or maintaining proper care.
Do not use automatic car washes or high pressure water for at least 2 weeks after decal is installed.
Please be sure to keep your decal out of the wipers path if you do not have a background. Once your decal is applied to your vehicle you are fully responsible for it to prolong it's life span. With proper care your decal will last for many years to come!

Our vinyl is adhesive backed and has no background color. This is NOT printed vinyl. It is die cut for longer life.
Failure to follow directions carefully WILL result in damage to your decal and void of return policy.
