Sinister Diesel has reinvented the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler with this great new model with the same fit as your factory EGR cooler. If you're tired of clogging in your diesel engine's EGR cooler, or if you just want to prevent future headaches, Sinister Diesel's parent company, Sinister Manufacturing, has created an EGR cooler that looks and fits like your factory model, but works way better than your stock cooler ever did! We replaced the narrow internal cooling fins with high-flow stainless steel tubing for improved reliability and put it all together with high-quality TIG welding. Installation is a snap and fast, you don't even have to remove your Ford engine's intake manifold. Available for a 2004, 2005, 2006, or 2007 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty or Ford Excursion with a Powerstroke diesel engine.

Our EGR cooler has gone through extensive testing, in order to be 100% legal in all 50 States, CARB EO# D-721. This will guarantee that it will work with any Chip or Tuner on the market, it will even work flawlessly with the stock ECM. No need to do any sort of modification, direct, drop in replacement.

Once you get coolant in the intake system, it will get fed into the combustion chamber, with usually results in a blown head gasket, or hydro-locked motor.
