Traction mats, as well as all custom products,
are genuinely custom made for you, so please
be patient. *** Custom orders may be subject
to being back ordered during peak season. We
will notify you if this occurs.

every purchase. If it is past the expected
delivery dates, we recommend waiting. If you
receive an item that does not fit OR is not
the item you purchased please notify us right

Drop Shipments

Only a few of our products advertised are Drop Shipment orders. We use several different warehouses for processing. International transactions will be sent to us, and we will send the item out from our facility so this may take a few more days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

JETSKIJUNKY ships World Wide. If the shipping rate is not provided, at your request, we would be more than happy to give you shipping rates BEFORE purchase. The correct Customs Taxes & Tariffs will be applied to the shipment. Note: International Shipments do have a tendency to get delayed, especially through customs. In some cases, merchandise is sometimes lost or damaged.

We do accept returns on a large majority of our products. If there is an item that is showing damage from normal wear and tear, we will not return the item. If it is a CUSTOM ORDER, there are no returns unless there is an error that is our fault! We recommend and will ask for you to take a photo and send the photo to us via Email for our quality control and reference. If a box is damaged, contact the carrier and send us a note.
