Shipping • We ship daily using the US Postal Service and UPS • We will gladly combine items whenever possible to reduce your shipping cost. • Every attempt is made to ship all shipments within 24 hours • Local pickup is another option, an appointment must be made. • Postal tracking numbers are available by clicking on the “View Order Details” link on page of the item you purchased. UPS shipment tracking numbers will be e-mailed when the package is packed for shipping. • For items that qualify for media mail (Books) the postal service will tell you normal delivery is within 10 days. However it can often take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery especially during the holidays. • International buyers will assume responsibility for any import duties accessed by the country where the items are shipped. Returns and Warranties • Returns are accepted for most reasons; please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item for approval. Items must be returned in the condition they were when shipped. You the buyer will be responsible to ship the item back. We recommend using either the USPS or UPS. Once the item has been received a refund will be issued to the buyers PayPal account or by check. • Warranties, most items listed for sale by K&B Sales unless otherwise noted should be considered to be used or NOS. Due to this any claim would be limited to the purchase price of the item and should be made known to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
