Halyard from sailboat 78 feet long 7/16 or 1/2 inch diameter with snap shackle with two blue tracers and one black tracers. 35" from shackle is abrasion see photo. Splice could be redone and line would become 75 long. See photo for Nicro Fico marine snap shackle.
