This auction is for a Factory LEXUS GS series  Nakamichi  Radio  Model # 86120- 3A620 N904 . with aux audio input . 

PLEASE NOTE:  unit just service added in the  aux input for external devise use. This is  Nakamichi model so please make sure your radio have the same part number the cassette door N904 .

SHIPPING
We ship the next business day via FedEx ground. P.O. box, APO address military, HI, and AK please chose the USPS but be advised that it is few more dollars for the service. For international countries, we ship by USPS priority mail and it will take 15-20 days so please be patient. Please also note that international purchases may have to pay duties and custom tax. These fees are due when you pick up your package, and we are not liable for these fees. We always insure your package for the same amount of your purchase to protect missing or damages, so please don’t ask to lower the value of the item. Again keep in mind you have to send back for the refund if wrong item or damage.
Local pick-ups are welcomed, just purchase as normal and we will refund the shipping charge when you come and pick up. Our shop is opened M-F 10 AM to 3 PM for pick up.

 PAYMENT
We only take PayPal. Most of our listings can only be completed when you use PayPal payment.

 WARRANTY
We offer a 30-day warranty for most of our products for sale. Some items are for 90 days, but please look at the listing state. We will replace or repair and send back in 3-5 days. 

RETURN
You can return the item in 14 days if it is wrong and it does not fit your need, so please check the unit immediately after you receive it. We know you need to remove your original unit from the car, make an appointment for installation, etc. but 14 days is our limit. You will lose the shipping if it was your mistake that you ordered the wrong unit. So please remove your original radio and check the back connector or check the part number before purchase! Factory radios do have a lot of part numbers, so it is important to make sure you purchase the correct unit for your car.

If item is damaged, you may return. We repair and check all items before sale, take a picture with power on, and perform a final test before we put on the warranty sticker and safely pack and ship your unit. However, some units may be broken en route to customers. If this happens, please send back and we will refund full, but you will lose the cost of return shipping. For us, we also lose shipping and have a broken unit. It may look like an unfortunate exchange, but this nature of the internet business. Please check with eBay, as sometimes they will protect you for such losses. We sell at 1/3 of the dealer price, so we don’t have big profit to cover return shipping and damages.

All item must be returned within 30 days in original condition, the warranty seal must not be broken! We have had people open to see how we do the aux and then return the unit. Please do not do this. Instead, contact us for send in your unit, it is not too much for add in aux for your current radio.
                                   

REMOVAL, INSTALLATION, CODE AND PROGRAM
All our units for sale have anti-theft code. Just simply, if we can't turn it on for service, it could never be for sale, so you don’t need to ask if it comes with a code. Some of the GM we will unlock to make it work for your car, but it is not 100% guarantee that it work for you car, as  unlock means it will not show lock but some program may be needed for full function. In this case you will need dealer program, so the best way is to repair whatever your current unit needs. Please contact us for an estimate as our main business is repair.  These charge are costly but we are not responsible for extra programming, removal, or installation expenses.
