• After you select "Buy it Now" and purchase a part from our advertisement you will be brought to the eBay checkout page that will guide you through the checkout process. You will then be given the choice of how you would like to proceed with payment.
• Forms of Payment: We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (through PayPal only). We also accept cash if you would like to purchase this item online and pick it up at our central New Jersey store. We do not accept personal checks.
• Payments must be received within 7 days of purchase. All nonpaying buyers will be reported to eBay.

• Shipping Carriers: If your order weighs less than 4 pounds we will mail it via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Anything weighing 5 - 70 pounds will be shipped via UPS Ground.
• Combined Shipping Discount: If you purchase multiple items from us you will be entitled to combined shipping rate discount.
• Important Shipping Information: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. If your order totals over $100.00 we will upgrade the shipment free of charge to Signature Required. This assures that you and only you will receive the package. If you are unavailable during the time of delivery UPS will return the next day.

• Freight: Large or heavy items must be sent by freight to a business address only. Contact us before purchasing.
• In Store Pickup: Some items are unavailable for freight and must be picked up in our Spotswood, NJ facility.
• Tracking Orders: We want you to know where your item is every step of the process, which is why we provide a FREE tracking number that will get sent directly to your email address with every order placed. • Warranty Term: All items we sell on eBay are sold with a free standard warranty. The standard warranty allows you to return or exchange a product for the same product as long as it meets the below requirements for a period of 30 days after date of purchase.
• Returns: We only accept returns if the item purchased has not been installed yet, in perfect working condition and un-used by you. If you do not meet this requirement, please refer to "Exchanges". Returns are void if the item was installed. Item must be unopened by you and in our sealed package, no exceptions. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We will deduct a 20% restocking fee to cover handling, inventory and warehouse costs.
• Exchanges: If your product breaks or fails to function during normal operation within the warranty period, we will exchange it for the same part only. All parts are thoroughly inspected inside and out for misuse and tampering before an exchange is granted. If tampering is suspected we will NOT warranty your product. If an exchange is not available we will refund the full amount for the part minus shipping costs.
• Warranty is immediately void if item(s): Broke due to improper use or installation. Used in competition, racing or related purposes. Was modified or disassembled. No exceptions.
• How do I return or exchange my product? Please send a claim. Be sure to include ALL of the following information. Your first and last name, payment method, phone number, the eBay item number, and a detailed description as to why your item needs to be returned or exchanged. We will reply to your request as soon as possible within 48 hours.
