Most orders are shipped on the same day payment is received! Free ground shipping in the Continental US is usually 2-5 business days (not including weekends and/or holidays) depending on your location and which warehouse your order is shipped from. Expedited and international shipping options are also available.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our items come with a full 1 Year Warranty. Our warranty covers us sending a replacement item and getting the warranty item back (continental US only). The warranty does not cover anything else, including labor, incidentals, etc.
We gladly accept returns for any uninstalled item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and deduction of the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we are replacing the item under warranty.
