Returns:
Item must be in original condition and returned within Seven Days. Refund of item price only after receiving item. In some cases a 18% "Restocking" fee will apply. This is the fee eBay and PayPal charge me for the transaction. This fee is occasionally waived which would entitle you to a full refund of the item price. I hate it as much as you do but eBay takes 18%! of each transaction.
