Item Description

Maretron's DCR100 contains 6 Direct Current (DC) relays, each capable of switching up to 10amps. The DCR100 connects directly to an NMEA 2000 network, so you can turn on and off the relays from any device onboard or remotely running Maretron's N2KViewr software. The DCR100 easily handles resistive DC loads like lights, or inductive DC loads like pumps and motors. The DCR100 can also be used to switch AC circuits using external relays.

An added benefit of the DCR100 is that it reports the current through each of the six channels. This allows you to determine if loads are drawing too little electrical current such as burnt out bulbs, or if the loads are starting to draw too much electrical current.

    About Customs, Duties & Taxes
    ALL items are purchased in the US and designed for use on 120VAC @ 60Hz. The customer is responsible for making sure the power will work in their country.When ordering from CE Showroom, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

    We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section below. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
    Exception Section - Items Not Covered Under this return policy:
    TVs: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not opened, the item may be returned to us per to our "Unwanted Returns" section.
    Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not opened, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns"; section.
    Personal Care Items: If the item is defective the customer will need to contact the Manufacturer directly. If the item is unwanted and was not opened, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

    Items may be returned only with prior authorization.

    All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where CE Showroom has made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Member must contact CE Showroom to obtain a return label or request a merchandise pick up. Once item is returned back to the warehouse, a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. CE Showroom must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a one (1) week of the delivery.
    Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
    Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as GÇ£Unwanted Returns" consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
    Defective Items: A customer must return merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA an automatic refund will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.
