As the pic shows. I have no idea what this is but it's just a small tin(?) or other metal plate with two tiny holes to nail or screw. Please look art the picture carefully - it's not mint but in good shape. Some of the badges were nailed in at one time and you can see it on the nail holes. Some ave a tiny bit or rust or other material.  I did not want to clean the too aggressively and mess them up. This and all the others I'm listing have the country the car was made in printed at the bottom. 

 

My dad recently passes and I found this and many others in a drawer. There are a total 15 more I'm listing.
