Hello and thank you for viewing my product! All of my products, whether they are new or used, are genuine. When I say genuine I mean they are almost like new and are 90% plug and play type products. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal. I get most of my products through automotive body shops and enjoy passing these items on to people in need of them. If there is ever a problem or a question concerning a product please don’t hesitate to message me and ask. I am sure that these products will satisfy your car part craving, and I will do my best to match you up with the part you are in search for.


I will ship everything standard, by standard mean I will ship everything via USPS Priority Mail, unless the products is unable to be shipped priority. If you would like the item to be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS please message me and let me know and I will send you an invoice of the recalculated total price, including shipping. Insurance can also be purchased, but will increase the shipping price. Any items that are UNinsured and get lost via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex are your responsibility. I will do my best to work with you and help you get the item if it does get lost in the mail, but once again after it ships it is YOUR responsibility. Items will be shipped usually the day after the payment has cleared. If for any reason I am unable to ship the item within the 5 day handling time I will message you and let you know. Items purchased Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday evening.


PayPal is the only accepted way to pay. I will not accept any type of payment outside of EBay. All types of payment must be processed through EBay. If there are any problems processing your payment please contact me and/or the EBay support team. I use PayPal for two main reasons: 1. It’s fast and 2. It’s safe.

RETURN POLICY

My return policy is as stated: Returns are accepted up to 15 days after the customer receives the item. The item can be returned if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality, if there are missing pieces, or if the item doesn’t match the description accurately. To get the refund you as the customer must ship the item back. When I receive the item back the original charged amount will be refunded immediately. The shipping cost to return the item is YOUR responsibility. The item cannot be returned if it has been broken or misused by you the customer. All items are well documented and pictures are taken before each shipment. If for any reason you feel you want to return the item but are unsure, do not hesitate to message me.

Our customer servicce team is a one man army, me, but I assure you if there is ever a problem with a product you have purchased from me, contact me and I know we can work something out. If there are any problems with payment, payment processing, or claims, again please let mee know and we can work out any problems.When it comes to product quality, it is always stated in the post, either in what condition the item is in, or if there is any damage to the item its self. Any time you feel you have a question and need an answer, please feel free to message me and I will get back to you asap. Also pleaase don't forget when you recieve the item to leave positive feedback. It is of vital importance to keep the feedback numbers as high as possible. If you ever come to a situation where you feel you should leave negative feedback, please before you do message me and let me know why so we can work something out a little more rationally.
