This auction is for a Trunk Lid that fits a 1955 1956 Mercury all models.

As you can see by the pictures there is allot of surface rust, which should be no problem.

The inside bead has some heavy rust with no apparent rot holes, just heavy rust. The bottom edge is good. The heavy rusted areas are near the trunk hinge area, and where the trunk lid runs along the rear quarters.

It has the original jacking instruction sheet and trunk light.

Also the trunk molding is attached and has pitting, please see pictures.
